The store(s) address where you would like to sell the Octopus product/s.
The name of the primary contact and his / her phone number.
Photos of your store.
5 other brands that you currently carry.
A brief description of your business, product mix, and customers.
Your primary interest in our product line – Prints, apparel, or both.
Your website address (if applicable).
Please be sure the subject line reads “Wholesale Application.”
We get a large amount of requests for new wholesale accounts and are unfortunately only able to respond if we are currently opening accounts of your type in your area.
We keep all information on file and will contact you if we are able to work with you moving forward.
We do not offer any credit to any of our customers. ALL payments must be cleared prior to dispatch of goods.
To obtain credit we recommend that payment is made using credit cards; this will ensure the fastest possible delivery and is an alternative method of obtaining 4-6 weeks credit.
