REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
If you are not entirely happy with your Octopus purchase (and we can’t think of a single reason why you wouldn’t be!) then you can exchange it.
If there is a problem with your purchase and it’s the fault of Octopus then you can choose either a full refund or a replacement product. Other returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you have any returns queries then email firstname.lastname@example.org
For your information, here are some of the acceptable reasons for returns:
• wrong sizes
• damage to items during manufacture
• damage in transit
And here are some of the unacceptable reasons
• you put it on the wrong wash and it shrunk!
• ironing directly onto the design
• damaging it whilst ripping open the packaging
Subsequent refunds can take up to 30 days. Return postage must be paid for by the purchaser and not Octopus. Proof of return postage must be kept in case your returned package isn’t received as we cannot be responsible for returned goods not reaching us.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Firstly, contact Octopus by email at email@example.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of goods and tell us all about the problem.
Please make sure you return the item in appropriately robust and protective packaging.
We cannot be responsible for stuff that’s damaged on the way back to us. Once we’ve received your package we will send you an email to confirm. And that’s it.
