Octopus visited The Urbis in Manchester to see the manga exhibition. Its a must see. It features amazing artwork by leading illustrators such as Tado, Terratag, Genki gear and many more......all displaying a modern take on Japanese culture.

The Exhibition explains the early origins and its influences on modern day.

Anyway its check it out...oh and i forgot to mention.....its free!

I spotted this comedy defaced signage in the Northern Quarter of Manchester...i had to share it with you.

Just walking around the streets of Manchester its hard to miss how influentual street art is on the city...wether it likes it or not. From Spray paint to stickers....its everywhere.

There's some amazing artists out there and they're right on our doorstep. Heres just a sample of what i saw in a day:
